Dashboards are for managing client campaigns. Reports are for real storytelling: What did you do with my money? What happened with the money you spent? Did we meet our objectives? What do we do next? This session will focus on the tools and techniques for agencies to report to clients what they did and how well they did it. It will help brands understand what they should be asking (demanding!) from their agencies.
