Benjamin Vann is the Founder and Executive Director of Impact House, a 501c3 business incubator and social venture accelerator focused on championing diversity, women, and founders of color in the social impact, business, and technology sectors. He is also the Managing Principal of social good consultancy, Conscious Innovation, LLC that helps small businesses, corporations, and civic organizations improve their triple bottom line through strategy, stakeholder engagement, public and private capital, and innovative management practices.

Benjamin comes from a multidisciplinary background with over a decade of experience in Corporate Finance, Philanthropy, Banking, and Public Affairs. Previously, he was the North Texas Philanthropy Officer at The Trust For Public Land galvanizing philanthropic, corporate, and stakeholder support to create a comprehensive plan for the city’s green infrastructure and park system. Prior to that, he advised HNW individuals leveraging Fidelity Charitable Donor Advised Fund (DAF), and worked in Corporate Finance as an Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments.


Benjamin is most known for his work on Dallas as a social innovator, fundraiser, and entrepreneur using out-of-the box strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and collective impact to create solutions for social change. He has served as a volunteer and advisory board member for a number of civic organizations on that focus on equity, economic investment, community revitalization and social change. He is a native of Wichita, KS and graduated with a bachelors in Finance and Marketing from Washburn University, where he was also a standout collegiate athlete, high school coach, and professional football player.
