Charlie Morris is the Director of Business Development at LiquidSpace. Leveraging his prior experience in the commercial brokerage industry, Charlie is helping building owners, corporate occupiers, and brokerages bridge the gap between the traditional leasing process and the flexible office revolution.
Using the LiquidSpace Network and Booking Engine, Charlie is helping traditional CRE partners embrace
workspace flexibility. Charlie is focused on cultivating the use LiquidSpace’s platform across key Texas office markets. And, Morris is using the experience and network he built in his brokerage career to assist LiquidSpace in various engagements across North America.
Prior to joining LiquidSpace, Charlie spent twelve years as an office tenant representative with some of the leading global real estate companies including Colliers International, and most recently as a Principal at Avison Young. Charlie was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and has spent his entire life in Dallas aside from the four years of college he spent at the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History.
