Three-time Super Bowl champion and five-time Pro Bowl selection, Darren Woodson,joined ESPN as an NFL analyst in 2005. He appears on NFL Live and SportsCenter, aswell as other ESPN platforms throughout the year. When he’s not on-air, Darren’sprimary focus is playing the role of founder and CEO at CounterFind –an internet basedsoftware company that finds and removes counterfeit merchandise online for brandsranging from the Dallas Cowboys and WWE to Universal Music and Sony Pictures.Woodson earned a reputation as one of the hardest hitters and most ferocious strongsafeties in the NFL during his 13 seasons (1992-2004), all with the Dallas Cowboys.The quarterback of the team’s defense during its three championship runs in the 1990s(Super Bowl’s XXVII, XXVIII and XXX), Woodson registered career totals of 11 sacks,23 interceptions and 1,350 tackles, the most in Cowboys franchise history at the time ofhis retirement in 2004. He was selected to the Pro Bowl five times (1994, 1995, 1996,1997, & 1998) with 3 All-Pro Selections by the AP (1994, 1995, & 1996). In recognitionof his outstanding career, Woodson was inducted into the prestigious Cowboys Ring ofHonor at AT&T Stadium on November 1, 2015 and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame inFebruary 2017.A native of Phoenix, Woodson was a second round pick in the 1992 NFL Draft (37thoverall) from Arizona State University, where he was a converted linebacker. He earneda bachelor of science from ASU in Justice Studies. He was inducted into the ArizonaSports Hall of Fame and the Arizona State University Athletic Ring of Honor.In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Woodson is directly involved in support of Teach4 Service, who helps military children on their educational journey to equip them with lifeknowledge and skills. Woodson remains active in the Dallas community, most notablyas a board member for the North Texas Chapter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation, TheInterfaith Housing Coalition, and an advocate for United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.
