As the President of Talent Solutions for Pinnacle Group, Freddy Vaca is responsible for strengthening and streamlining the company’s strategy, service delivery and sales through North America and Canada. Vaca leads all talent solutions, including the sales and delivery teams, as well as marketing and technology infrastructure.  As one of the founding employees of Pinnacle Group and one of the most tenured executives, Vaca has been integral to the company’s growth and current market position. Pinnacle Group has been recognized with more than 70 local and national awards for business excellence, including listing 9 times on Inc. 500/5000 Fastest-Growing Companies, Women Presidents’ Organizations No. 1 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Firms in the Country (2015) and Staffing Industry Analysts Fastest-Growing Firms for 7 consecutive years.  Vaca was instrumental in negotiating the transformational acquisition of the Silicon Valley-based company, Provade, in 2011. The acquisition took Pinnacle Group global, and the company now has a presence in more than 60 countries, management of more than $3 billion in spend, two million registered users and the distinction of being the only woman-minority-owned staffing and workforce solutions organization that offers enterprise-wide vendor management solutions.
In 2015, Vaca initiated the “social staffing firm” rebrand for all of Pinnacle Group, a top-to-bottom technology overhaul that combined traditional talent matching tools with
social graphing. The product has resulted in faster access to top IT talent for Pinnacle clients and a best-in-class user experience for candidates.  In addition to Vaca’s entrepreneurial spirit and knack for technology, he is also deeply passionate about personal health and well-being. When he’s not bringing the next talent solution to Pinnacle Group, he’s training for his next triathlon. His approach to fitness and workplace campaigns promoting a healthy lifestyle has led to Pinnacle Group’s designation as a Gold Level Fit-Friendly Worksite by the American Heart Association and a Fit Company Influential Leader in 2014.  On a community level, Vaca dedicates significant time and resources to initiatives that benefit young children, women and the homeless, including The Boys and Girls Club of America, Back on My Feet, Parents Step Ahead and Heroes for Children. He has been a featured speaker at several educational and business-focused institutions, including Texas Christian University and the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute.
