Lacey Shrum is an attorney, securities compliance consultant, entrepreneur, and blockchain enthusiast. After serving as CCO at a large RIA, Lacey began the journey to technology through her startup, The Loyal Closet, learned to code and was introduced to the North Texas Blockchain Alliance.  She currently serves regional RIAs and private funds as an outside compliance consultant, with a new focus on crypto asset management and blockchain implementation in the compliance and legal space.
